Delivery & Refunds

  • Orders over ₵500 will be delivered FREE of charge
  • Standard Delivery charge is paid by the customer to the driver/rider
  • Our International delivery will be based on the country we are shipping to and this will be communicated to the customer before order is processed.
  • Local pick-ups are also accepted FREE of charge.

  • Refunds will only be accepted once the product is returned in its original condition.
  • Refunds must be requested within 14 days
  • The product will be fully inspected before we accept to issue a refund
